Dheeraj Agrawal is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with over 18 years of global leadership experience in finance, accounting, and business transformation. Throughout his career, he has partnered with multinational corporations, high-growth startups, and retail leaders to build scalable finance functions, strengthen governance, and drive sustainable business growth.
Before founding DASP Finvista Advisory LLP, Dheeraj held senior leadership positions including Vice President – Accounting & Finance at Maxima Apparel Corp (USA), Chief Financial Officer (Middle East) at FirstCry (Mahindra Group), Business CFO at Reliance Brands, and finance leadership roles with DLF Brands, Bharti Retail (Walmart India), and GMR Group. During these assignments, he successfully led finance operations across the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Australia, LATAM, and India.
His expertise covers Global Accounting, Financial Reporting, CFO Advisory, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting, Business Strategy, Process Automation, Internal Controls, ERP Implementation, MIS, Business Expansion, Compliance, and Finance Transformation.
